Preheat oven to 425°F. Dice @potatoes{2%lbs} into ½-inch pieces and trim @green beans{8%oz}.

Place potatoes in a #medium pot{} with enough salted water to cover by 2 inches. Bring to a boil and cook until tender ~{10%minutes}. Reserve ½%cup potato cooking liquid, then drain. Return potatoes to pot and cover to keep warm.

Toss green beans on a #baking sheet{} with a drizzle of @cooking oil{2%tbsp}, @salt{½%tsp}, and @black pepper{¼%tsp}. Roast on top rack until tender and browned ~{12%minutes}.

Pat @chicken cutlets{8%oz} dry with paper towels. In a #shallow dish{}, combine @brown sugar bourbon seasoning{2%tbsp}, half the @flour{½%cup}, half the @garlic powder{1%tsp}, and as much @chili powder{½%tsp} as you like. Press chicken into flour mixture to evenly coat. Heat a drizzle of cooking oil in a #large pan{} over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through ~{6%minutes} per side. Turn off heat, transfer to a cutting board, and wipe out pan.

Return #large pan{} to medium heat and add 1%tbsp @butter{2%tbsp}. Once melted, add remaining flour and cook, whisking constantly, until a loose paste forms ~{30%seconds}. Add @chicken stock concentrate{1%tbsp} and ⅓%cup water. Cook, whisking constantly, until gravy has thickened ~{1%minute}. Remove from heat and whisk in @sour cream{2%tbsp}. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

To #medium pot{} with potatoes, add 1%tbsp butter and remaining garlic powder. Mash until smooth, adding splashes of reserved potato cooking liquid as needed. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Slice chicken crosswise. Divide mashed potatoes between bowls. Top with chicken and green beans in separate sections; drizzle everything with gravy. Serve.
